Acting from within is true leadership...

Call it what you want, gut instinct, karma, destiny...sometimes if you are still enough, clarity comes from within, from the stillness, and it guides you to act...

There is certainty of what you must do, of what you must try, even if it is deeply uncomfortable..to make a stand whether it is to do what is right or to fix what is wrong...

The problem is that most people do not make a stand in the first place because they are too scared, too scared to fail...too scared to try...but if you don't act things could be much worse..much like interest on an unpaid debt, the longer you leave it, the more expensive it becomes...

This is not a common problem, many of us have our fears, our insecurities, but how people push through the most difficult of circumstances and come out still in one piece, is what makes them resilient...this resilience does not however comes from what happens at that point in time...it is what they did leading up to it...

Resilience does not come free, it is a conscious effort of daily discipline, discipline of what you may ask, it can be anything playing guitar, meditating, yoga...the key is not so much in what it is, more so that you practice curbing your mind from random wanderings...because when you do this you are stabilizing your mind, your thoughts...this stabilization leads to stillness, which leads to clarity.

Clarity combined with action leads to true leadership....
